Model for a team development process:
 | Provide assessment and feedback for the team members based
on interviews and personality style indicators such as the Myers Briggs Type
Indicator. |
 | Design, in the team, a blueprint for their development --
"What do we need to do to have the team we need to meet our strategic goals." |
 | Conduct a gap analysis. |
 | Develop an action plan aligned with the goals of the
business to address barriers to performance and performance management. |
 | Implement the plan using a retreat and ongoing training,
consultation, and facilitation for the team to achieve their goals and
maintain optimal performance. |
