The Consulting Group

The Consulting Group A Division of HRC

The Consulting Group was created as a Division of HRC in 1998 by six of its psychologists who were experienced consultants to organizations and businesses. Its purpose is to bring the most sophisticated psychological knowledge and information to the business environment in order to enhance the effectiveness of leaders, work groups, and systems.

We are members of the American Psychological Association, the American Society of Training Directors, the Chamber of Commerce, the Employee Assistance Professionals Association, and the Society of Human Resource Managers.
